Honestly if you are far from a store the online service is really horrible and maybe do not try to purchase using it. The ring itself is beautiful but it was unfortunately big and there is no exchange option for south africans, resulting in possible additional fees for repurchasing long return wait and refund times so maybe dont purchase online and go to store instead you might have a better experience.

I need to exchange the product but when i try to initiate the exchange, your entire product portfolio shows as “out of stock”. Have been trying to contact your customer care during the mentioned hours but that also does not work. Product was delivered on 13th Sep but your website was updated to order being delivered on 15th Sep. Customer Service can be much better. NO response to my email also as of yet

The easiest way to do this is to use a measuring tape. Place the measuring tape around the base of the finger, where you would like the ring to sit. Compare this measurement (inside circumference) to the chart above to determine your ring size. Alternatively, try our measurement guide, link in footer
MEASURING TIPS
Measure your ring size at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest. Make sure your hands are nice and warm. If you’re cold, your finger may be up to half a size smaller than normal.
If using a measuring tape, or a ring sizer, make sure it fits comfortably enough not to slip off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.
If buying a thicker ring we would recommend you go up a size.
