WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Our average delivery time is approximately 12-14 business days (Excluding Sat, Sun and any public holidays), after the order gets ship the from the warehouse. *Delivery times may vary a bit depending on customer location, any public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

• Customers are required to return the product in its original packaging to the pickup person without sealing it. Pickup person will do the basic Quality Check and collect the product. There is no need to take a print and paste any return label on the box.

• Customers should ask for an acknowledgement slip while handing over the package to the pickup person, as it is a mandatory requirement for tracking the order.

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?

You can track your return using your tracking number generated in the return label printout. 

The average time to reach the order back to the warehouse would be approximately 6-8 business days after the pickup is done. Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return. Please be noted that, we need to have the original product (which was shipped) back to us, in order to approve the refund.

We appreciate your understanding that, although we work as quickly as possible, it is possible that this process may take several business days to complete.

Kindly observe that Daniel Wellington is not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to follow all of our instructions, use your registered mail and provide us with the tracking number of your returning package.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After successfully placing the order, you will receive a notification from our shipping partner containing your package’s tracking information and expected delivery date. The delivery can take up to 12-14 business days (Excluding Sat, Sun and any public holidays), once the order gets dispatched from the warehouse.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Free standard shipping is provided by Daniel Wellington on all orders within India when purchased from our India website.
