Refund policy

You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving the item. Instructions given below. Except the products purchased on 'Final Sale'.

“Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order for us to accept your return.

Exchanges are only available for the exact same product value (MRP).

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

Kindly note that the customer is liable to pay the shipping charges for returning the package, in case DW is unable to pick up the product from your location.

Daniel Wellington does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Once the pickup is done, refund / exchange shall get processed / created within 18-20 business days.

• Customers are required to return the product in its original packaging to the pickup person without sealing it. Pickup person will do the basic Quality Check and collect the product. There is no need to take a print and paste any return label on the box.

• Customers should ask for an acknowledgement slip while handing over the package to the pickup person, as it is a mandatory requirement for tracking the order.

• Return just a click away: Please click on the below link to submit your response and the return shall be created in 1-3 business days. The pickup would happen within 2-6 business days after generating the return.
