  3. A different watch was sent, although I got the return but I was planning to gift this to someone special and it completely spolied my plans.
    I requested DW over email to send the watch as I dont want a refund and I've planned to gift this, but they still initiated the refund without sending it.

  4. 実物で見てもとても素敵なデザインのシリーズです。デザインは★5です。
    しかし、長さ調整をしようとしたところとても調整できるものではなかったので交換を依頼しましたが、傷があるため交換できないとのお返事。リングのように固定されている包装ではないので配送時に傷がつく可能性はあるかなぁと。
    肝心な調整ができるかどうかの調査報告もしていただけず、再度送付することになりました。
    ブレスレットも箱内で固定されるような工夫があると配送時の細かな傷予防に良いのかなぁと思います。
    最後に、商品自体はとても素敵ですので早く着用したいです。笑
