  1. After I write an elaborate review of how defected your watch was, you’re offering me a generic bot generated 20% discount on my next purchase ? I wasn’t it repaired or replaced. I bought the watch for a special occasion and it’s come off in just 5 days of purchase. You are giving me a lot of distres. I want the watch serviced or a full replacement. Or else I’m filing a complaint with the consumer court.

  2. Bought this watch a week ago, it fell off my bed gently and the bezel came off, the hands broke too. I’m seriously questioning the quality and the make of the watch. I’m a long standing customer of DW and when i reached for repair/replacement/refund, the team simply dismissed me quoting this won’t be covered under warranty. They simply redirected me to the Timex India team. They didn’t open an investigation or have their team contact me or offer me a repair or replacement. What watch completely comes off in 5 days? All your products are marked up soo high for the questionable quality you sell. I need you to either replace my watch or offer me a refund.
